All orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 3days of the order.
As from the day of delivery, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off period” during which they can return their order, or part of it, without having to state a reason. Exceptions, however, include personalised products and custom-made items. The product may only be returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging.
Do you want to return the order? Items that have already been received by the customer may be sent back to the return address mentioned below. Beachshop will refund the purchasing price in full. The dispatch costs for returning the goods are, however, borne by the customer/purchaser.
If you want to return your order you got to mention it before sending it back by posting a notification to info@beachshop .be within the first day of delivery .
The purchasing price of the returned part of the order will be paid back to the customer on to an account mentioned by the customer (IBAN account number). Dispatch costs are not refunded in such a case.
All returns and exchanges must be notified be email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention in the form your full name and the original order number, as well as the articles to be returned. To improve our customer service and to serve our customers more quickly, we would very much appreciate knowing why the goods were returned. However, as stated in the law, this is not mandatory. Please confirm your return by email at email@example.com
We need an account number to be able to carry out the refund. Customers outside Belgium must mention their iBAN and their bank’s BIC/SWIFT number. The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days of the return notification.
Beachshop can not be held responsible for losses in transport while returning orders.
